Thanks! Just out of curiosity, is there a plan to recycle pairings, or have multiple people do a particular manifesto?

Yep. We want to make to make it the most comprehensive 'ship database EVAH! *g*

However, we don't want a retreat of the essays previously posted. But if you have fresh insight and a different perspective, interpretation of the pairing, feel free to sign up.

Aaaaaaaaaaargh! I *do* want to! But I'm so terrible about signing up for things and then either forgetting about them or not doing them in the way that I *want* to do them (which, in this case, would be quite in-depth), or just generally making a mess of it all. I think I'm going to wait for apillarofsalt to write the Wood/Flint manifesto, and then see if I have anything new to add. Especially since that's the only pairing I feel I have any kind of grasp on.
