We were discussing last night what the ship name for Spike/Xander/Dean/Castiel would be, and we came up with Spandiel, Spancan, and Spancean. Personally, I think Spancan is just golden and it makes me wanna write it. Spancean sounds like a disease. (Err... to me, so does 'Dastiel,' though. *shiver*)

THAT IS ALSO A CONVINCING ARGUMENT. It feels like I've been shipping Spike/Xander since the dawn of time, but Dean/Castiel is already so freaking EPIC to me that I'm actually considering it. And Castiel pulled Dean out of Hell and also betrayed Heaven for Dean, they make wing!sex an actual possibility and I would be making an angel sad. :( Plus Dean and Castiel have already had way more eye!fucking even with only being around for ten months. :D

But Spike and Xander just fit so naturally and perfectly and I have more in common with both of them. And they're awesome in every form - vampire/human, vampire/vampire, human/human. And they have much better snark. Dean/Castiel's snark is a bit one-sided.

I'M ARGUING WITH MYSELF NOW.

suki_blue has been luring me ever deeper into the DC universe, and writes Nightwing/Deathstroke, which amuses me to a disturbing degree because... Nightstroke! BWAH! (*is easily amused*)
