The original draft for this essay was actually quite a bit longer, but I had a word limit to think about and so had to cut out everything but the really important stuff. Like you said, I think I managed to cover most of what really matters, so that's something. XD
These two share so many scenes and moments that sparkle (WAY more than a lot of boy/girl ships get!!) that I'll always carry love for Kai/Takao.
Exactly! KaiTaka is a special pairing in that it's pretty much timeless, really. It doesn't matter that the anime and the manga ended a while ago. The sparkly gayness shall remain eternal~!
