I really enjoyed reading it, and it made me the miss the show with intensity (Damn HBO, indeed). I felt the Justis/Iris vibes from the very first episode of "Carnivale," and was a little disturbed and a bit amused by them, but by the time it became canon, it just felt so right. Iris and Justin are both extremely messed-up individuals, and I would be surprised if their relationships did not reflect that.
