riddering has done an excellent gen piece, The First Day of School (http://www.livejournal.com/community/temps_mort/260751.html), with some Ishida/Orihime subtext.
harukami's Like a Surgeon (http://www.livejournal.com/users/harukami/274141.html) is easily the single greatest Ishida/Orihime fic ever. Ever.
I've done some as well but I'm too lazy to dig 'em up. *g*
