It's just delayed non-Casey eps. Once the TV season starts back up after Christmas/Summer I'm sure the free-to-air SVU channel will be treating us to Season 6, followed by Season 5 reruns.
I don't actually mind Casey much, I'd just prefer to have Alex eps.
