I don't want to start any wank, so I guess I'm glad I'm replying to this almost a month later, so maybe you won't see this.
The attitude of the anonymous commenters is pretty questionable. Not so much the first, who had reason to raise an eyebrow at the lack of crediting, but... I don't know, looking at the tone of the rest of the comments when it comes to the kink meme, I'm kind of taken aback. I guess it really is a hard fandom to get into if you're new, or a rather unfriendly fandom period. There just seems to be an unnecessarily hostile tone to a person who tried her best in putting together a nice manifesto for her/your pairing of choice. There's more polite ways to bring this stuff up. This comment in particular isn't too bad, but... yikes.
