Her eyes remind him of Young Integral but, going by how it ends (blatantly AxI) and how 19 years old Seras was weaker than 13 years old Integral in the Anime; I think the reason why he was set on trying to turn Integral in the end was because he realized Seras was a failed replacement (in fact, he didn't even care for paying attention to her when he turned her, he was busy waving her off on Integral's face).
He also spends less time with Seras, he speaks to her mind at times but never goes and visits her like he does to Integral (Seras seeks him). If he doesn't seek her out is because she bores him.
I can see some brief fling, just for kicks but they will never share the bond Alucard has with Integral. I think Seras realizes this in episode 11.
