heh, you know i'm a fanatical wufei worshipper already, and i love him bottoming with anyone. there is something special about 13x5, however, and i do like the way you've captured their canon relationship in your essay and put it so perfectly into fandom context. reading 13x5 is always so different for me from the other pilot/pilot pairings because treize is such a mature, different, and as you said, noble sort of character, considering his position; i think the first part of the essay where you dealt explicitly with his ideals describes him to a T. there's just a very elegant sophistication about the man. now, if i could only get into treize's mind, i might actually attempt to write this pairing, but my head seems to be stuck on 1x5 for the most part *sheepish*
all in all, a really commendable effort, for the quotes, the links, and the insights! thank you for writing this ^____^
lastly, i must confess that your picture of wufei there (the 2nd picture from the top) had me rather googly-eyed for a minute :p
