I've toyed with this pairing in my head (mostly because I love crack pairings, they give me something to think about and constantly change my mind about). It's not a favourite, but it's cute and I think that under the right circumstances it could be very interesting. I liked this essay a lot. You're very humble about its chances of becoming canon and it's mostly all speculation and contrasting their personalities and looking at the possibilities, and I like that a lot!
I do think that she is someone whose company he could learn to enjoy a lot.
