Oh man, the first thing that came to mind when spren_cious started the manifesto was Blair/Daniel, and I'm so glad she let me do it. I agree, it's really beautiful because it can often trigger or enhance the Jim/Blair Daniel/Jack pairings, and I'm not one of those strict OTPers who believe you can only love one person in your life. You love lots of people over a lifetime, and they all teach you important things. It doesn't take away from how meaningful or pure the love of your life is, it gives you more to work with when you find that true love.
And Tryst is great. I'm actually working on an odd series at the moment, sparked by the fact that everyone has B/D, J/J and B/Jim, D/Jack, but no one's done Blair/Jack as far as I know.
