I'm sorry you had the feeling I spoke up because this manifesto had been written by Meffie because... I've to admit I didn't spoke to defend her. You were very polite in the way you pointed out your opinion and careful to not be offensive (a thing I've apprecciated greatly) and I think Mefiant 'defended' her point pretty well so I doubt she needed me to step in for her.
I find odd to defend this manifesto because I generally hate non-canon pairings. They're often OOC and generally went in the way of my favourite pairing. I normally wouldn't defend a manifesto that supports a non-canon pairing. This manifesto however keeps Fuma and Subaru IC and doesn't get in the way of SeiSu or FuKa. It's one of the few manifesto that supports a non-canon pairing without trying to break up the canon one. While I dislike the pairing the manifesto talks about I can't criticise its quality, its coerency or accuse it of being OOC. I can sympathise with your disliking for not-canon pairings but this manifesto doesn't aim to destroy a canon pairing so I think your accusation was misplaced and that's why I spoke up. I would have talked even if its author had been a complete stranger to me. I apologize if I've given you the feeling I spoke up solely to defend Meffie. I didn't mean to gang up on you, just to tell you my opinion. Of course you're entitled to have your opinion, to express it and to dislike this pairing.
I hope this clear up things. Being not-English I've always the feeling I'll fail into getting my point across...
