I enjoyed Beowulf and Grendel very much (saw it twice).
My story is being written for the fanfic100 challenge and I'm posting it at my own live journal, ningloreth. At the moment, the character (Thorkell bogsveigir) only looks like Edgtho, but I'm thinking of developing him so that he's more like the original.
