Also, for authors, I'd recommend Keruri. She can be found on her author page on Scimitar Smile. (http://scimitarsmile.com/) All of her fics are brother-centric, and a few are actively Elricesty. "These Arms In Yours Are Brittle" and "Perfect Circle" are two I'd recommend particularly.
Also, a wistful note I'd add: For those people who like the brothers, like to read fics centering them on their relationship, but don't want to see them have sex, it can be hard to find a balance.
Yaoi writers, when they write their 'ship, tend to focus nearly exclusively on the characters in their 'ship. People who write Roy/Liza will focus their fics on Roy/Liza. People who write Ed/Roy generally do not devote long stretches of time to Ed and Al. Logically, the writers who focus most on the relationship between Ed and Al tend to be the Elricest writers. If you want to read about the brothers -- even if you do not want to see them have sex -- then you will probably end up reading fics by Elricest authors, even if not Elricest fics.
At least, this has been my observation; when I entered the fandom, I liked Ed and Al, but I was not interested in elricest. However, I found brother-centric fics to be scarce outside the Elricest circles, and one way or another I found myself drawn in.
