Very interesting. I particularly liked what you said about Oz's "animal" comment - I'd never picked up on that before, and it does seem to connect him and Giles, especially considering how in the same episode, Willow uses that same word - "in an animal way" - to describe Oz's desire for Veruca.

Giles/Oz are my second favorite Giles pairing, largely due to your wonderful fics - and I look forward to checking out the recs you mention...
