Thank you. I've read lots of good fic where Wes is not the dominant one of the two, and I believed that for quite a while. However, once Wes rescued Angel, went to the lengths he did for him in spite of their estrangement, they were showing me a deeper connection. Wes was totally in control of that situation, from bagging Justine to feeding Angel his own blood. That was a powerful moment in canon and quite a lot to become privy to in one episode. I loved it.

I still read as much A/W as I can lay my hands on. The relationship is everything. :)
