Heh. Didn't really see the slash vibes the first time in the cinema, so I was truly astonished rewatching on TV a coupla years later and suddenly being smacked in the face with all the oh-so-obvious homoeroticism. The "Friends Never Say Goodbye" montage is the most noticeable, but you've listed down several over interesting points as well. Too bad the fandom is so small, but thanks for the links. Will definitely check them out.
