Very nice essay. I liked all of the background information that you started off with; the organization made it very easy to understand and clearly denlineated fanon from canon, something I have seen get quite confusing in other essays I've read in the past. I'm also very glad that you did bring up the Jason Isaacs portion of it all because for me that does really play into the pairing and Lucius' character (as was discussed in your survey thread).

One little thing my untapped Beta-tendancies noted: Sirius Black was an "Animagus", the singular form. "Animagi" is the plural. *is a nerd* *g*
