I like the manifesto a lot- it gets most of the core subjects, and while this fandom is largely my dirty little secret pleasure, this is my favorite 'ship in it. I have to mention, though- it does miss one aspect. Francis Sullivan is a very Irish name- which, in this era and area, means Jack was likely brought up Catholic (and may even "explain" why Jack gets so upset he "becomes British!" as you said [hilarious line!] if it's more of a childhood, repressed accent). And David, Sarah, Esther, and Eli (?) Jacobs are likely Jewish. Jack and David aren't just from different types of families, but they're also from two groups that often had anger and hatred for the other at the time. So, more angst!
