This was a fascinating essay to me. Though I'm not in the fandom, I'm writing for a pairing with less text than I would like (though apparently more than you had to work with) and even less fic (written almost entirely by... um... me) and I hope I can do as good a job as you have! Thanks for a great example of what a less usual pairing can be.
