Thank you for this - Harry/Ruth especially as discussed by you makes me grin, (and for me the 'ship is at that nice, curling around my consciousness nearly convinced of the possibility of it stage, which suits the characters and my feelings towards the show) because I like the character's interaction so.

As you say, it's extrapolation, but it is plausible. I'd read the quote of the actors seeing the 'ship and playing it up, the rational part of my brain knows that's because it's the meatiest thing for them, as actors, to do, but the rest of me reads
We find it every scene we do together, and we say that, and they say ‘no, there’s nothing going on’, and we play it, in the most discreet way and we see it and we play it, but very understatedly, I think, so you wouldn’t know unless you were receptive to those kind of things.

and cackles. Plus after the babyfather incident, the writers don't have a leg to stand on, it is there as a potential possibility. Well, if you're receptive enough...
