Hmmm, in the anime, I thought Masaki was more or less calling the shots for the team, sort of in the Lucifer spot, with Toshiki sort of being his second and filling in while he did other things.

The manga, I really don't know. I mostly can pick up characters' names and a few common words, and I only have up to volume 16. ;)

So I'm in no place to differentiate... Either way, though, there's the obvious connection to Kazuki, which was what I was getting at. (Can't wait for the manga translation to get that far...)
