Admin Post -- Amnesty over and Free for All Week (December 20-26)

I updated the Master List this morning. All late 'ship  essays that weren't posted over the hiatus/amnesty week, November 1 - November 7 (midnight EST), are now back up for grabs. Sign up here if you're interested.

December 20-26 will be a Free For All Week. That means crossovers, threesomes, maybe an essay on your favorite pairings and what they all have in common. Maybe the things that appeal to you in your slash pairings differ from those in het and you'd like to share your thoughts on the subject. It's a free for all, as long as it's 'ship related. Leave your suggestions in comments. Thank you.

I guess what I'm asking is, for example, why one paring might appeal to us over another kind of paring. And how do we sign up for such an essay or do we just simply post in "All Free Week." Seriously, I want to do this because I've been thinking about it.

I'm echoing the love for Free For All week. =) One question: is there a limit to how many things could be posted by one member?

I ask because I *love* analysing and cross-referencing my fandoms/fannish interests, and so I can think of two things off the top of my head that I'd like to post, and will probably come up with more between now and then, depending on how much writing time I get. I just want to make sure that's okay.

I wrote an essay for my Ancient History class on the relationship between Gilgamesh and Enkidu (from The Epic of Gilgamesh – and they totally were lovers) and what Gilgamesh learns from their relationship. Could I post that during Free For All Week?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I had some real life issues and wasn't able to post the lindsey/connor essay yesterday (11/23) should I post it when it's ready which should be in a few days or should I wait until a specific time. Sorry! I suck!
