I adore this pairing. Definitely one of my favorites and I agree this obvious pairing is sadly underrepresented. I thought the essay was very well written, very persuasive, and heart-wrenching with sincereity. I could feel your passion for this pairing and it made me nostalgic for my past and forgotten OTPs. I think you did the pairing justice and gave it the praise it deserved. I applaud you.
