I'm just new to Jacob/Bella (and Twilight as a whole) and really enjoyed reading this. I avoided the fandom till I'd finished reading, so as not to get spoiled, and was kind of shocked to see how much anti-JB there is going on, because I finished the books ADORING Jacob and Jacob/Bella. Sure, I enjoyed Edward/Bella too and expected that would be the most popular pairing but I didn't expect to see so much hate for Jacob. It's nice to know that I'm not crazy and that we who love Jacob/Bella do have a rational basis for it, as neatly laid out here. Thank you! :)
