It's not so much that I can't stand behind my own name. But if I'm being assailed right now as 'anonymous' the last thing I need is being assailed on my own journal for that matter. I have no problem logging in and using my name. However I don't want it to become a childish thing like "oh, so and so said this and that" and then have people comment on my journal in pointless debate. I hope you can understand that :)
And yes, I'm well aware that this pairing is for amusing purpose and the like. I'm in no way trying to enforce my view on others, nor am I saying that's it's a transgression in anyway. If I come across that way, then clearly my posts have been mis-interpreted, and I regret that. What sprouted my opinion was saying something to the degree of "there are hints there!" If it was just a question of using elements of understanding and gentleness and conveying them into a relationship I would agree as well.
And no, I haven't read any of mefiant's work. Up until I posted, I had never even heard of mefiant, I was more inclined to read the work of some authors who posted their stories in private forums. Some were very good and others were badly done :)
